Instructions:

• You will need to buy a grid with your first purchase, so that the soft filter will have support.  Plastic grid comes with 20" X 25".  We will cut it to your size.  Some sizes like 12" X 36" take two grid 12" X 25" and 12" X 11".  Plastic grid is easier to install.   If both width and length are longer than 25" (like 30" X 30") we have to use metal grid.
  
• Please be sure that your air conditioner uses regular home a/c filters and is placed in a grill with a louver door, which is installed in wall or ceiling like the picture shown in Product section.  If your filter is installed at the bottom of the a/c unit box, or is slid in position in a slot, please pick the framed grid.   Slide in and bottom fed filter types will require a custom made frame with metal grid. See Price List.

• Shipping cost is the actual shipping cost plus $6.00 handling and materials (box, etc.) fee. Will charge separately after shipping.
  
• A minimum order of six (6) filters per size (per air return) is required.
  
• When we say size 20 X 25 filter, this is the nominal size.  The actual size is 19 1/2 X 24 1/2.  Please fill in the nominal size for your order.  If you need a special size, you can specify the size to 1/4 inch, such as 19 1/4 X 24 3/4.
